Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with PrepayLedger. Every new company also gets a 7-day free trial, so you can try the Service before paying.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of any payment, for any reason. This applies to the first payment and to each renewal payment.
How to request a refund
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles refunds. To request a refund:
- visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with, or reply to your Paddle receipt email; or
- email us at service@stockdairy.com with your company name and order number, and we will arrange it with Paddle.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days to appear.
Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in the app. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Requesting a refund for a payment ends access for the refunded period.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
